Please print this page, keep rules for your reference, fill out entry form and labels completely and turn in with artwork.

Rules

ENTRIES & ELIGIBILITY: All work submitted for the show with the appropriate entry fee will be included in the exhibition. Each artist may submit a maximum of 3 pieces.

ARTWORK DROP OFF:

Artwork can be dropped off between 8:30-9:30am at the Arts’ Council booth at Septemberfest on Monday, September 7, or any time the week before September 7 at the home of Elizabeth Robinson Wiley: 231 S. Stanolind Ave. Rangely or at the Pottery Shop at 514 E. Main St, Rangley. Please call Elizabeth at 970.274.1239 or 675-2325 to arrange drop-off, or you can leave at her front door (under covered porch) if you are comfortable.
All adult entries must have the artist’s name and entry # attached to the artwork and be accompanied by this entry form and a check made to Rangely Arts Council covering the entry fee of $3 for each entry (max. $9)

ARTWORK PICK UP:

Artwork can be picked up at 5 pm at the Arts’ Council booth at Septemberfest, or at the home of Elizabeth Robinson the week of September 7-14. Please call 675.2325 to make arrangements for pickup.

SALES: Sales will be conducted between the artist and the buyer, who will be given the artists contact info upon request. You may price your item or identify as “Not For Sale.” Make sure you include your complete contact info and sale info on the entry form.

PRIZES:

$500 in cash prizes will be awarded!
A total of three “Peoples Choice” awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd,) will be awarded based on the highest numbers of votes, regardless of age, division or category. A special youth prize will be awarded.
Prizes will be: "Best of Show" - $200, $100 each for the favorite in "photography", "3-D" and "2-D" categories
All work present at the Art Show will be eligible for awards. Prize money will be mailed to the winners after September 7.

THE ART'S COUNCIL PROMISES TO TREAT ALL WORK WITH UTMOST CARE. WE'RE SORRY, BUT THE RANGELY ARTS COUNCIL CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PROPERTY. ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE AT THE RISK OF THE ARTIST.
